What are your opening hours?
Our regular hours are from Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 7 PM, and on Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM. If there are any changes or exceptional closures, the hours are always updated on Google.

There are missing pages in the book I bought from you / I received a gift of a book that was purchased from you, but I already have it. Can you exchange it for me?
Purchases made at the bookstore are exchangeable within one month with the presentation of the receipt or invoice.

Why haven't I heard anything about a book I ordered two weeks ago?
The average delivery time is one week.
However, some publishers take up to two weeks to prepare and send our orders.
What should I do if I can't find the book I'm looking for in your catalog?
If you can't find the book you're looking for in our stock, we'll order it for you! Just provide us with as much information as possible (title, author, publisher, EAN) via email (info@lalibrairiefrancaise.hu), phone (+361 308 52 85), or visit us (1011 Budapest - Fő utca 17. - Ground floor of the French Institute).
We will provide you with information about its availability, price, and delivery time within 48 hours.
We do not require a deposit and will notify you by phone or email as soon as your order arrives.
I want to pick up my order at the bookstore. How does it work?
Order pickups take place at the bookstore reception.
We ask you to wait until you are notified by email that your order is ready before coming to the store.
I live abroad. Can you send me my order?
Yes, we ship orders in Hungary using GLS, and worldwide with GLS partners. However, we advise you to contact us first by email at info@lalibrairiefrancaise.hu to determine the shipping costs, which can be expensive depending on the destinations
